History
Founded in 1959 to provide and ensure all citizens a voice in local governance.
Representing more than 100 Virginia Beach Civic Leagues that together serve more than 40,000 residents throughout Virginia Beach.
Continuing its central role in important community concerns VBCCO interacts with many issues including Public Safety Pay Compression, Open Space Advisory Committee, Workforce Housing Taskforce, Resort Advisory Commission, Clean the Bay Day, and Public Voices on Redevelopment.
