The Virginia Beach City Council is holding a 1 day “retreat” to discuss City business. The meeting is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Traditionally, these meetings cover a variety of topics, in a somewhat informal setting, that are best talked about in a group setting. You do not have to stay all day, but you might consider coming out for a time to show them your interest and to see what they have to say.
