6853430 Virginia Beach PUBLIC HEARING FRANCHISE OF CITY PROPERTY The City Council of Virginia Beach, Virginia at its formal session on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 6:00 PM will conduct a public hearing. The public hearing will be held virtually and participation shall be by the method prescribed below. The purpose of this hearing will be to obtain public comment on the City’s proposed grant of a franchise for the following City-owned property: The pier property, generally known as the “15th Street Pier”, extending from the Boardwalk over the sandy beach and into the Atlantic Ocean generally east of 15th Street in the City of Virginia Beach.
