Education Resources
The Education Committee oversees three core educational programs (the VBCCO Academy, Best Practices, and the Civic League Workshop Series), each designed to provide practical information and resources that strengthen civic knowledge, support effective civic organizations, and encourage greater community engagement throughout Virginia Beach.
VBCCO Academy
The VBCCO Academy is a nonpartisan educational program designed to help residents better understand how Virginia Beach local government works, how decisions are made, and how citizens can effectively participate in civic life.
