The Virginia Beach Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) is a state-of-the-art facility designed to help law enforcement respond faster, solve crimes more efficiently, and keep our neighborhoods safer. But how does it actually work? And what does it mean for you as a resident?

The monthly VBCCO membership meeting will take place on May 21, 2025. Guest Speaker will be Kevin Kemp, Zoning Administrator, City of Virgiia Beach. Kevin will address By-Right vs. Discretionary Development.
