But how does it actually work? And what does it mean for you as a resident?

Bow Creek Recreation Center
The monthly VBCCO Executive Committee meeting will take place on May 14, 2025. The VBCCO Board of Directors is cordially invited to attend this meeting. The Executive Committee consists of the Officers (President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) who are charged with the day-to-day operation of the VBCCO. The public is welcome to attend, however, the ExCom and Directors may go into closed session to discuss personnel or other sensitive matters, in which case the public must leave the room temporarily.

The monthly VBCCO membership meeting will take place on May 21, 2025. Guest Speaker will be Kevin Kemp, Zoning Administrator, City of Virgiia Beach. Kevin will address By-Right vs. Discretionary Development. Come out and meet other Civic Organization leaders, learn something new about City Government and help your neighborhood become educated in City affairs.
