The monthly VBCCO membership meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 6:30pm at Bow Creek Recreation Center.

Grants Manager for the City of Virginia Beach's Cultural Affairs, Lisa Wiggington, will be telling us how to obtain Creative Neighborhoods Grants program, which funds artist and community projects that beautify public spaces and engage residents, and offers virtual appointments for applicants needing help with their submissions.
