We had a great, but short, VBCCO membership meeting on 9/21 at the Bow Creek Recreation Center. At the conclusion of the meeting, we had an Energy Forum with representatives from Dominion Virginia Power and Virginia Natural Gas in attendance, who spoke on energy and resources. District 3 Councilman Michael Berlucchi stopped in to greet everyone on his way to another meeting. Delegate Karen Greenhalgh was a co-sponsor of the event.
