Conditional Use Permit modification

I attended a Community Outreach meeting with the Witchduck Civic League folks on Monday, July 31, 2023. Brook Baptist Church (https://www.facebook.com/brookbaptist) (https://www.brookbaptistchurch.com/) is on Wishart Road and has owned land there for a number of years. The Pastor has some health issues and there is apparently no line of succession. They want to sell their property to Trinity Church (https://www.trinitychurchvb.com/) who wishes to build a new building with 515 seats and 114 parking spaces.

Neighbors came out in large numbers to hear the representative from Trinity Church speak about the project and to answer questions from the neighborhood. The neighbors have concerns about noise, lighting, traffic and parking and for the potential of ever increasing amounts as the congregation grows.
